Update
from the Western Region TOSC and TAB Programs
The
Western Region TOSC and TAB programs are pleased to announce that Jerry
Orlando has joined our staff as the Technical Assistance to Brownfields
Specialist. Jerry has 15 years of experience in the environmental field
including work experience as an analytical chemist, supervisor, quality
manager, and project manager. He also has background in environmental
law, technology management, and community-based environmental issues.
Jerry has a B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Missouri,
St. Louis and an M.S. degree in Technology and Human Affairs from the
Washington University School of Engineering and Applied Science. A native
of St. Louis, Jerry has lived in Portland for 3 years. He is interested
in civic work, urban issues, and redevelopment.
